Evvie loves her pups

by

Evelyn was rescued from a dangerous outside situation. A gorgeous calico lady, she needed some gentle handling with one of our wonderful foster families to realize she didn’t have to be in protective mama bear mode any more.

Janice came in because her cat Mary had passed six months prior and she missed having a kitty in her home. She visited her at our friends at Pet Supplies plus and of course Evelyn won her heart!

Now Evvie, she has two new brothers, Gabriel, a 7-year-old English Golden Retriever, and Hermes, a 6-month-old Bernese Mountain Dog.

Janice says, “Evvie loves both dogs. She plays with Hermes and he grooms her, and she sleeps with Gabriel most every night.

Evvie has the same markings as a Bernese and even has the Swiss Cross on her chest.  I tell people she’s a Bernese Mountain Cat.

I love her so much and feel so fortunate that she found me thru Happy Cats!”
