Gentle Nutmeg & spicy Ginger

by

Maria and Dino were rescued as tiny orphans with their siblings. Their foster mom said they had a very traumatic experience outside trying to survive.

Despite this, they were very loving and would greet their foster family at the door with purrs. It didn’t take long before they were on their way home with Jane and Carol.

Now Nutmeg and Ginger, they hid under the bed at first. But with patience and love, Jane says on their adoptaversary, “They are doing great! Nutmeg loves to cuddle and play with string. She is gentle and loving. She likes to play with things along the floor.

Ginger is rambunctious and likes to play fetch with his toy balls every night. He loves to leap after his cat dance toy.

They love their treats and have us well trained. They love to wrestle with each other. At first we thought Ginger was beating up on Nutmeg but she holds her own and even initiates a wrestling match at times.

We are so glad to share our lives with them!”
