Meet Treasure and Cooper, a gentle little sister and brother pair. Treasure is the fluffy tortie lady with the most amazing ear tufts and Cooper is her orange tabby brother. Treasure has sparkly green eyes and Cooper’s are dark amber. They came to Happy Cats when their people had too many cats to care for them properly.
They had a rough start, so can be a little shy at first. Cooper is more confident and has Treasure’s back, showing her the ropes. Once they know you’re kind, they’re a very loving pair and will probably be your best little Kitty Admins, following you around to trade purrs for pets.
At a little over a year each, they are the size of older kittens at only about 7 and 8 pounds. They are just learning about toys and playtime, so you’ll have the delight of teaching them things that most cats already know! They are learning fast and loving their new play skills.
They do OK with other quiet cats but would not be good in a home with anyone too dominant, or they’ll be pushed into the background. Because of their shyness, they’ll probably blossom best and grow into their own in a home with no small children or dogs to scare them. Cooper may have a slight sight impairment and may not see as well as his sister, but that doesn’t dampen his confidence at all!
Through June with the help of Best Friends, these sweet little cats can be adopted together for $100, which includes their spay and neuter, vaccinations, microchips, a food & litter starter kit each, a well kitty checkup with one of our partner vets each as well as shiny new dentals for each of them.
