Hi! I’m Toad, a sleek little black kitten ready to steal your heart.
I might start out a bit shy, but once I feel safe, I turn into a talkative, playful, and loving little buddy. I love to chatter about my day and all my kitten adventures, and when I find a toy I like, I’ll proudly prance around with it in my mouth, growling like a tiny panther to protect it from imaginary thieves.
I’m also a total snuggle bug — I love to rub up against you while purring and will happily soak up all the love and attention you’re willing to give. I’m a big fan of crunchy treats but not too impressed with squeeze-up treats (though I might change my mind if my new best friend loves them!).
Because I’m such a social kitten, I need to go to a home with another friendly, playful cat buddy who can help me feel confident and keep me company. I’d really thrive with a gentle companion who loves to snuggle and play as much as I do. I am looking for a “big sibling” who has loved cats before and would enjoy showing me how to be the best version of myself!
I’m super affectionate but still learning that being held is safe, so please take your time to build a bond with me before going all-in on the snuggles!
I’m about 2 months old and can be adopted for $200, which includes my neuter, microchip, vaccinations, a food and litter starter kit, plus a free well-kitty checkup with one of our wonderful partner vets.
