Hi, I’m Spyglass, but my friends call me Sy. I’m a beautiful long-haired apricot and white boy with a soft coat to match my gentle heart.
I’m a sweet little hand shy kitten, so I appreciate kind, patient humans who will move slowly with me while I learn to trust. Once I know you, I absolutely love pets and attention and will reward you with the cutest, softest little meow when I want more love. I may take a moment to get there, but I promise I’m worth it.
Right now I’m a funny Valentine on my way to becoming a full on party animal. I sit right in the middle socially, happy to hang out and observe, but also ready to blossom more each day as I gain confidence. With other cats, I’m a total social butterfly and love my siblings, so I would do great in a home with a feline friend.
I’m especially looking for a sweet, gentle cat friend who won’t intimidate me, but who can still enjoy some fun rough and tumble play once I feel comfortable. I really thrive with a buddy who can help me build confidence while also keeping me entertained.
Dogs are still a bit of a question for me. I’ve been around them, but I prefer to admire from a distance for now. With time and gentle introductions, I may come around.
