Howdy, I’m Spencer! I’m a big handsome tabby fellow with a dashing white mask, boots and tummy. I look a lot like my cousins the Maine Coons, only no fancy schmancy papers to go with me. Please scroll down to see more of my photos!
I came to Happy Cats when a kind volunteer found me trying to survive outside and rescued me. I must have been someone’s happy little kitten last year, though, as I’m as easy going and friendly as they come.
I’m happy to meet new people and give you headbonks and purrs anytime you ask. I love to go up on the catwalks at Happy Cats, so I’d really love if if my new house had some equipment that lets me be a tree dweller.
I’ve gotten along great with the other cats I’ve met, so will probably do fine with any nice cats at your house too. We don’t yet know how I am with dogs, but if yours is cat friendly and we take the introductions slow with no chasing, I’ll probably do fine.
Since I’m a big, confident boy, I’ll probably do great with kids and families of all types, as long as I can have some quiet time to myself. Preferably up on a nice cat tree or high shelf!
I’m probably only about a year or so old, so if you get out the wand toys (and I don’t have to compete to play with them), you’ll have me chasing and pouncing like a kitten in no time.
