Sparks & Gretel
Meet our stylin’ little creamsicle and gray pair, Sparks & Gretel! Sparks is the light ginger Scottish Fold mix lad and Gretel is the sleek silver kitten, like her Russian Blue cousins but without the fancy papers.
Both came to Happy Cats when they were found trying to survive outside with their siblings. They’re the same size but Gretel is about 4 months and little Sparky who had a rougher start is about 6 months. They met each other here and have become good friends, so we’d love to see them find a family of their very own.
They’re both friendly little tykes, ready to come out to meet new people once they get acclimated to their new home. They’ll probably be your best little Kitty Secretaries, helping organize your life and hanging out with you wherever you are. Both are confident enough to entertain themselves when you’re not there, though, especially now that they have each other.
They’re still very much kittens who love to play with just about any cat toy. They especially love the Cat Dancer, which lets them play at the same time.
Both will love settling down for snuggles once playtime is over, purring their little whiskers off and keeping you warm all winter long.
They should both do well with other cats as long as they’re sweet and mellow like these two are. They’ll blossom in a quieter home without small children or dogs as they can get frightened of loud noise and lots of activity.
Special breed Sparks is one of our Diplomat Cats whose adoption fee of $250 helps support our other kitties who take longer to be adopted. That includes their neuter & spay, vaccinations, microchips, food and litter starter kits, and a free well-kitty checkup each with one of our partner vets to help you get started.
