Hi there, I’m Rosie.
I’m a very affectionate 7-year-old black shorthair pantherette looking for a loving home where I can share all my sweetness. I came to Happy Cats when my previous family was no longer able to care for me, and now I am ready to settle into a home where I can be cherished.
I adore my people and truly enjoy spending time close to them. While I can be a little reserved at first, once I feel safe, my loving nature really shines. I enjoy attention, gentle affection, and being part of daily life with my humans. I do well with older children and enjoy calm, respectful interactions with younger ones too, as long as I am given time to feel comfortable.
I have a lovely balance of cozy and playful. I enjoy relaxing during my calm, sleepy moments, but I also have bursts of curiosity and fun. I love chasing ribbon toys, playing with crinkly plastic bags, and even playing little chase games with my favorite people.
I absolutely love chimken flavored everything, and that makes my daily care easy. I take a daily steroid that I happily lap up mixed into baby food, no stress required. I may prefer to be the only cat in my new home for now, as I can be cautious around other animals, but with the right setup I will happily shower my humans with affection.
