When elfin tabby Riley was found living on Fountain Creek with 40+ other cats, she was an outsider who lived mostly in the trees because the other cats picked on her.
We helped her find a few friends during her 3 years at Happy Cats, but they all eventually moved on. And then she met big tabby Luka.
Luka once had a sister, but they lost their bond with earlier trauma. We think he prided himself on being a tall lonesome cowboy, with his big white boots. And then he met Riley.
Not gonna lie, it was a little rocky at first. Luka said no thanks, Riley said come on, Luka demurred but Riley wrapped her little tail around his and how could he say no?
These two BFFs have really come into their own in foster care. They now greet their favorite humans with head bonks, chirps and affectionate rubs!
After a busy day of play and sunbathing, they love to curl up with their humans. Riley will roll around happily in your lap, melting for neck and back scratches.
Luka is your loyal Sidecar Cat, lovingly pressing his forehead against yours. Purry brushing sessions always top off their cuddle time
As your devoted Kitty Admins, they excel at following you around and supervising your activities, especially Riley, who gives chirpy feedback and plenty of purrs.
Riley never forgot her survival skills and is a fierce little hunter, especially with laser dots—just wait until you see her lightning-fast moves! Luka loves wand play too, and neither can resist a toy disappearing under a blanket.
They adore high perches and will come with a cat tree to keep them feeling secure and entertained. They also come with their own carriers, toys, bedding and 3 months of food/litter/treats to sweeten the deal.
Riley is about 5 and Luka is about 7. They can be adopted together for $90 which also includes their spay and neuter, vaccinations, microchips, and a free well-kitty checkup each to help you get started. They are in a loving foster home, so please call to make an appointment to visit!
