Hi world, I’m Purrcilla! I’m a petite white kitty with the most amazing eyes: one blue and one mostly amber with a little blue mixed in. You can tell by my tipped-ear badge of courage that I was trying to survive out on the streets when a kind person took me in.
Because of my history, I might be a little scared at first in new situations. It doesn’t take me long, though, before I’m out looking for affection and ready to own my space.
I will probably make a wonderful Kitty Secretary once I’m settled, hanging out and purring with my people. That’s why I’m called Purrcilla, after all!
I’m probably still a catolescent of around a year old, so I’m a very active little girl. I love to get up high at my foster mom’s home: the top of the cat tree, the top of the furniture, anywhere I can run and climb and get a safe place to watch over my territory.
Of course, I still love to play and pounce like any little kitten! The more realistic the toy, the more you’ll see me sailing through the air and chasing it all around.
I’m a smart little cookie, so I’ll need to have regular playtime to keep me occupied. I would love a home with safe outside space like an enclosed catio for me to get fresh air and sunshine.
I’m a little Boss Lady because I had to polish my defensive skills on the street. I’d like to find another cat to play with, but it might be best with someone as young and playful as me, as I tend to be too much for older grown-up kitties. They just have to be prepared for me to be the boss!
I am also defensive with dogs because of my survival skills. I’ve lived with a sweet small dog in my foster home and it was rough at first, but after some time and lots of patience, we can now co-exist.
During the month of July, I can be adopted for $45, which includes my spay, vaccinations, microchip, food and litter starter kit, and a free well-kitty checkup to help you get started. Won’t you come to see what a spunky little girl I am?
