Meet Merlin & Kolsch!
Some friendships are simply meant to last a lifetime, and these two are living proof. Rescued together from an unhoused encampment where they survived as beloved community cats, Merlin and Kolsch have been through so much together. Now, at just 10 months old, these sweet catolescents are ready to leave the uncertainty of outdoor life behind and discover what it means to have a family all their own.
As true Funny Valentines, Merlin and Kolsch aren’t the type to leap into your lap the moment you meet them. They like to take a little time to get to know you, and once you’ve earned their trust, you’ll discover two incredibly special souls.
Kolsch, the gorgeous longhaired black beauty, is a gentle little lady with a quiet heart. She appreciates a soft touch and will let you know when she’s ready for affection. Watching her grow more confident each day and choose to share her love is one of the sweetest gifts she has to offer.
Her “brother,” Merlin, is an equally shy but incredibly endearing brown tabby boy. He has the most unique, soft purr you’ve ever heard, a tiny rumble that feels like he’s quietly thanking you for making him feel safe. He’s happiest when Merlin is by his side, and together they give each other the confidence to explore their world.
These two are looking for a mature home filled with quiet, stability, cozy places to nap, and patient people who understand that the very best relationships are worth waiting for. They don’t need perfection. They simply need someone willing to let them settle in at their own pace and discover just how wonderful life indoors can be.
