Sweet Siamese mix sisters Ling and Pepper are looking for a their new family! Ling is the lilac point kitty with the white face, and adorable Miss Pepper is the chocolate point. You can see their Siamese and Snowshoe heritage with their beautiful blue eyes and their white masks and paws. They came to Happy Cats after they were found trying to survive outside.
Pepper has blossomed into a confident little cat who loves to play and sometimes even settles down for pets and purrs! Ling may start out a Funny Valentine, watching you from a distance at first. Once they’ve gotten to know you, however, both will show you their loving, affectionate sides. Ling will probably be your lap kitty while Pepper will be your sidecar cat.
Pepper loves cheek and chin rubs, and Ling will greet you by standing up on her back legs and reaching for pets with her front paws. As you can see, both girls also love to play, especially with the Cat Dancer and other wand toys!
These girls are Superhero Kitties who would do best in a quiet home as the only animals with no small children or dogs please. Because of their early experiences with humans, they will need a family with extra patience, willing to let them blossom at their own pace.
They have lived at Happy Cats for many months and will need at least 2 months in their Safe Room, a quiet space to learn to trust and love their new family, as well as our Hands Off handling to help them build trust. Superhero Cats need to be the only pets in the home.
Superhero Kitties come with a kit that includes helps you support them while they become the lovable companions we know they can be. This includes a home installation, a top/side loading carrier per kitty, support materials & videos customized for your kitty, a mini-class in Hands Down Handling, their favorite toys & bedding, 3 months of food/litter/treats, their own tall cat tree and up to 1 year of professional behavioral counseling if needed and other equipment as needed. Ling and Pepper are a year and 5 months old. They can be adopted together for $120 which includes their spays, vaccinations, microchips, food and litter starter kits, and a free well-kitty checkup to help you get started, along with their Superhero Kit and cat tree.
