Say hello to these two wonderful ladies! These long haired beauties are looking for a new home since their previous owner became too ill to take care of them. It is clear that these two were very well loved in their previous home with how sweet they are with other people.
Ladybug is the bravest of the two and will happily greet most people who enter her space. She has an impressive mane and she knows it too!
She enjoys pets and lap time so be sure you give her lots of affection and she will purr your troubles away. She is starting to appreciate playing with certain toys (crinkle toys and wand toys) and will dominate while playing. It would be wise to give her sister some individual playing time so Queenie isn’t sitting at the side lines.
Introducing Queenie, the shyer one of the two. She likes to let her sister, Ladybug, take the lead and watch from a distance. Once she has warmed up to you she will enjoy some lap time and some gentle pets. She is the talker so be prepared to hear about her day!
Both girls will need regular brushing. Good news, they both loved to be brushed so this should be no problem keeping them nice and groomed!
They would do best in a home without a lot of activity. So please no young children or active dogs. They might do ok with a really laid back cat.
At about 10 years old, they are just into their golden years, so you can adopt them together for $90. That includes their spays, vaccinations, microchip, food and litter starter kit and a free well-kitty checkup each to help you get started.
You can click here to fill out an Adoption Application. Someone should get back to you within 48 hours after you send it in.Please call 719-362-4600 to make an appointment to meet them!
