Hi, I’m KitKat, also known as Kitty Kat, and I am a one year old tortie girl with a whole lot of love to give.
I adore people and I am a total social greeter. I want to know who you are, what you’re doing, and how I can be involved. Adults, cats, and dogs are all very exciting to me. I am what you might call a kitty admin, always happily supervising the household and making sure everyone feels welcome.
I love to play, chase toys, and soak up attention, but I also have a very sweet, affectionate side. I am a certified sweetie pie honey bun who truly believes everyone is a friend she just hasn’t met yet. If there is love to give or fun to be had, I am all in.
I would thrive in a home where I can be part of the action and included in daily life, but I am looking for an adult-only home with no children. I do best when my environment is calm, predictable, and respectful of my space while still giving me lots of affection and engagement.
One thing you should know about me is that I am FIV positive. But don’t worry, it is not as scary as it sounds. FIV, or Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, is very rare and difficult to pass on to other cats as long as there is no serious fighting. It is not contagious to humans or other animals. That means I can safely live with friendly, non aggressive kitties and still be my social butterfly self. I just need a little extra support in the form of regular vet visits, especially to keep an eye on my dental health. With routine care and lots of love, I can live a long, happy, playful life just like any other cat.
I can be adopted for $60 which includes my spay, vaccinations, microchip, food and litter starter kit, and a free well-kitty checkup to help you get started.
