I started my life outside, where I had to be cautious and watchful. Being a stray taught me to be careful, but once I discovered the comforts of indoor life, I realized that maybe the world wasn’t quite as scary as I thought. It only took me a day to decide that people were pretty wonderful.
At heart, I’m a Funny Valentine. I adore human company and always want to know where my favorite people are. Sometimes, if you’re leaving the room, I might even reach out and gently grab your ankle to let you know I’d rather you stay. I love being petted and will happily rub my cheeks against your fingers to ask for more affection. If I’m hungry or feeling lonely, I’ll make sure to tell you with my sweet little meow.
Because I’m a sensitive soul, I can sometimes become overstimulated. When that happens, I may withdraw to take a break or give a gentle love nip to let you know I need some space. I’m not trying to be rude, I’m just doing my best to communicate. A cat-savvy person who understands feline body language and respects my boundaries will help me feel safe and understood.
I haven’t shown much interest in toys yet, but I do have one great love: my Yeowww! catnip rainbow. I rub on it, roll around with it, and slobber all over it with complete and utter joy. It’s honestly one of my favorite things in the world.
I would love a mature, predictable home without children or active dogs. I do well with other sweet, respectful cats and may even enjoy a feline friend who understands my gentle nature. More than anything, I need stability, routine, and a person who will reassure me that everything is going to be okay.
Once I know I’m safe, my loving side shines through. I am a loyal little shadow, a devoted companion, and a true lover boy. All I’m looking for now is someone who will give me the patience and reassurance I need so I can spend the rest of my life loving them right back.
