Meow-lo, my name is Cookie! I am a sweet diluted tortoise with luxurious long locks that shimmer while I strut and leap around. I came to Happy Cats after a kind person found me and my newborn kittens taking shelter from the spring snowstorms next to a home.
Next thing I knew, I was in a warm and loving foster home with a family who helped me raise my babies. They’re all adopted now and it’s time for me to find a home of my own!
At first, I may be a little bit shy, but break out the brushes and you’ll turn me into a purry Snuggle Bunny who loves belly rubs and brushing. Once I’m settled I will be your constant Kitty Secretary, following you around and making sure you don’t make any mistakes on your devices!
I love to watch what’s going on around me in my environment with my dazzling pale jade eyes before I decide whether taking action is necessary. If your home has lots of hiding spots for me to pop into and out of at my leisure, I will be more than happy to stalk my ribbony and wand-like prey!
I would do well in most homes with other nice cats who appreciate their own space. I prefer more experienced hands to pet me and would do well in a household with older children that have been with cats before! I would prefer a home without any active dogs either.
I am approximately 2 years old and I can be adopted for $90, which includes my spay, vaccinations, microchip, food and litter starter kit, and a free well-kitty checkup to help you get started. Won’t you come and let me bat my big green eyes at you?
