My absolute favorite thing to do in the world is snuggle in my person’s lap, purring and “making biscuits” until I fall asleep.
My past is a bit of a mystery. I showed up outside one day and, after going through the Trap Neuter Return Program, decided I LOVE people. I may or may not have had a home before, but I sure want one now! I adore soft places to sleep and catnip filled toys. And that laser pointer thing? I love me some of that! And watching mouse videos on YouTube. But I will bat the TV to try to get them!
I also really like treats and am very food motivated. Because I’m so smart treats are a great way to train me. And I learn very fast and have a good memory. Plus I really want to make my person happy! Your love and attention are my best rewards. A very vocal kitty, I’m really good at letting you know when I’m feeling lonely, hungry, or ignored. And since I’m talking to you, I like it when you talk to me too!
I’ll come with my medical records which will include a recent extensive workup. The vet said I’m very healthy except that I have FIV. This is only a problem for other cats, so I’ll need to be the only kitty in the home. But hey, with me around to shower you with love you won’t need any other kitties! I can also be around dogs and will ignore them, but they do make me a bit nervous. I think older children would be ok.
If you’re looking for a snuggly best friend this holiday, I may be your best present ever! What I most want Santa to bring me is someone who will love me unconditionally and give me the happy, stable forever home I crave! (Okay and maybe some Delectables. I love those too!)
