Hi everyone, I am Acorn. I’m a beautiful brown tabby girl with jade-green eyes. I can’t wait to meet my new family. I am defiantly ready for the next new chapter of my life.
I was surrendered by my previous owners and brought here to Happy Cats. Since I have been here, I have made so much progress with my confidence and have realized with a nice routine and some encouragement, I will be okay
I usually greet new visitors with a small hiss. But I am all talk and no bite! I am just protecting myself ahead of time, just in case. I do ask for a little tie to get to know you before I gain my confidence.
After spending some time, I do end up talking with you using some adorable chirps. I am actually a super affectionate cat when I am given the quiet and space that I need to feel secure in my environment. I am all about the head bonks and neck scratches as I turn into the best kitty admin! I like to be in whatever room that you are in, monitoring and making sure everything in our home goes smoothly.
I have been through so much in a short amount of time! Due to this I do have some anxiety. I will do best in a home without other animals. I am also afraid of small children.
My other needs are that I prefer clay litter and my box to be scooped daily, plus changed every other week. I like things clean and tidy. I’ll bet you like your bathroom clean too! Please ask one of my representatives at Happy Cats for more details or questions.
I am about 5 years old, and I can be adopted for $100 which includes my spay, vaccinations, microchip, food and litter starter kit, and a free well-kitty checkup to help you get started.
