Sheila & Ash: slow & sure

by

Beautiful longhaired Drew and his sister Annelise were rescued from trying to survive outside as older kittens. Their foster family worked hard to show them how kind people can be and our Happy Cats volunteers kept going with those lessons.

Ennea’s family was looking for big, snuggly cats and they found them with these two shy floofs!

They are now Ash and Sheila and she says of them, “It’s been slow going but they have settled into their room and are starting to come out of hiding more often.

They will occasionally play with me and love to be brushed. They are using the litter box and eating well.

Ash is starting to greet me and ask for pets. So it’s slow but I’m seeing them get more comfortable each day!
