Bella’s second kittenhood

by

Petite green-eyed Evergreen was found crying outside under a shrub, starving and trying to get into a dumpster for food for herself and her babies.

Once they were trapped and safe inside, it didn’t take long with one of our loving foster moms before she was gaining both weight and confidence, topped with her saucy black beret.

A little shy of hands at first, she continued to blossom with our volunteers at the Haven.

Ashlee and her husband had been looking for a kitty who would appreciate their quiet, stress free environment and their our hearts went out to Evergreen.

Her new name is Bella and she couldn’t be happier at home with her new family.

She sleeps on her dad’s feet during the day and plays like a wild kitten in at night, so grateful for her inside life!
