Matcha & Gigi WFH

by

These two cute little kittens were born in foster care after their pregnant mom was rescued trying to survive outside. They had a wonderful foster family who helped them get their resume ready!

Hulahoop & Tag

Sarah was looking for some admin assistants to their dog Heidi and thought this pair would be purrfect. They are now Gigi, named after the cat in “Kiki’s Delivery Service,” and Matcha, named in honor of our late cat, Sushi, also a tuxedo.

She says, “When we first brought the kittens home we had them separated. They would lay by the door and we could see their little faces and paws reaching out.

They wanted to come out so bad and they did the sweetest meows. Heidi would lay by the door just staring at them through the crack.

Gigi liked Heidi right away. She would brush up against Heidi and they do nose boops.

Matcha is still warming up. He will be running through the house top speed, and hiss at Heidi as he runs by. It’s really funny because he doesn’t slow down. So he’s just this whirl of kitty hissing🤣.png🤣.png!

Gigi isn’t afraid of anything. She will let you vaccum right around her. When we feed her wet food, she growls and face palms Matcha with her little paw- she does not like to share food, and we don’t blame her.

Matcha is seriously afraid of his own shadow. He jumped backwards about 4 feet when I let him smell a sparkling water 🤣.png🤣.png🤣.png!

They are both incredibly cuddly and affectionate. When we go to bed they hop up with us and host a “Kitty WWE” tournament. Then I wake up in the night with both kittens laying on me. Matcha normally nibbles my necklace or licks my face.

The current work from home situation has a little less privacy. The dog has a little less fur on her tail. But our hearts have never been fuller and our laps have never been warmer. 🐈‍⬛💕”
