Please meet our extremely charismatic duo Sam & Rowan. After fulfilling many hours of administrative assistant work here at our office, they are finally ready to transition from pushing papers, submitting paw prints and answering meow calls to retiring to spoiled kitty life in their furever home.
They came to Happy Cats Haven when their family was no longer able to provide for their care.
Sam, our handsome Siamese, has always been a more shy and particular about the ways that he shows he loves you. Rowan, our beautiful Tortie, is an all around social butterfly with a tiny smidge of sass.
Sam is an infinite lap baby! He may not be the first to come and greet you but he will be a constant companion and friendly ear as he is a serious lover boy once he opens up his heart to you.
Rowan loves to play and whenever you enter her office, she steps up with her tail held high and settles right in front of your feet with expecting joy and biscuits.
Neither cat enjoys being picked up or held but they both enjoy their brushing and like to hear our sweet talk about how regal and helpful they are to the team! What a pair of efficient kitties, always ready with a helping paw or purr. You will NEVER have a cold lap again for as long as you are with these babies.
This pair of cats are entirely smitten with each other. They have been found snuggled up together, Rowan’s face buried into Sam’s fur and of course vice versa. They also enjoy grooming each other as well. It is great fun to witness this true love connection.
One of their favorite past times is sitting side by side at their water fountain, enjoying the fresh streams.
Both cats love their hide away places that they retreat to when they need to take a break from working, Sam enjoys his cushy bed behind his blanket. And Rowan enjoys lounging up high so that she can observe staff and volunteers as they pass by her window.
Sam is currently on a sensitive stomach gastrointestinal diet and will need to continue with this for the rest of his life.
These cats would do best in a stable home where they can count on not having to travel or go on any unwanted adventures. No adventures here, thanks. Nasty disturbing uncomfortable things! Make you late for Dinner!
They have lived at Happy Cats for many months and will need at least 2 months in their Safe Room, a quiet space to learn to trust and love their new family, as well as our Hands Off handling to help them build trust. This pair need to be the only pets in the home and do best in a home without small children.
These cats require a home install where a Happy Cats Team member will be bringing them to your home to facilitate their new transition with you.
Rowan is about 12 years old and Sam is about 7 years. They can be adopted together for $210 which includes their spay and neuter, vaccinations, microchips, food and litter and treats, and a free well-kitty checkup each to help you get started. Please wait at least 2 months before taking them in for their checkup.
