Hi world, I’m Fritz! I came to Happy Cats after some kind people rescued me when my owners moved and left me behind in the freezing cold. I was starved and skinny, but have recovered nicely and am so ready for a family who will love me like I love everyone else!
I’m a complete Snuggle Bunny, always ready with the purrs and affection. I will probably be your best little lap cat, keeping you warm all winter long. I even love to have my belly rubbed and will nicely grab your hand for more if you stop before I’m ready!
I’m a chatty little fellow, so if you’re looking for someone to hear all about your day in exchange for my kitty stories, I’m your guy! At only about 5 years old, I’m just the right age to find a family to give me the love I deserve, I didn’t have much experience with toys when I first came in, but I love me a fast cat wand now!
My hard knock life outside has left me with the medical condition FIV+. I will likely live a normal life provided I am given the care I need, like keeping current with my vaccinations, keeping me indoors, and staying away from other sick cats.
FIV is very hard to pass to other cats unless someone in the home is fighting…and it won’t be me, as I’m a sweetheart! I may do OK with another nice cat but keep gaining confidence in a home with older children and no dogs.
