Meet our sweet bonded best friends, Dundee and Wonder! Both are big black house panthers who came to Happy Cats when they lost their elderly guardian.
7-year-old Dundee has adorable white toe socks and a white locket. His tipped-ear badge of courage tells us he was rescued from trying to survive outside. His adopted brother Wonder is just into seniorhood at 10, a big solid black gent with single white whisker on each side.
They’ve been through a lot so they may start out as Funny Valentines, watching from their safe place to make sure any new people they meet are kind and gentle. We expect they’ll be Kitty Admins once they feel safe enough to give their hearts away, tagging along with whatever you’re doing to make sure your life is full of purrs and headbonks.
They’ve been catching up with learning how to play and you’ll be surprised at how fast they’ve learned! Get out just about any wand toy and watch them come out of their shells, pouncing and leaping!
They’re respectful of other cats but will probably blossom into their best selves in a quieter home without small children or dogs to scare them.
We love keeping best friends together, so our Friends & Family Discount lets Wonder go home at half off with his BFF Dundee, so their adoption fee is $150. That includes their neuters, microchips, vaccinations, a food & litter starter kit each plus a free well-kitty checkup with one of our wonderful partner vets each.
