A decade of celebrity with Amun & Cleo!

by

Zoey & Chloe were rescued from outside as wee kittens, as so many of our cats are. Their foster family did a great job raising these very confident, very happy little kittens.

In January 2014, we hosted a photo shoot for our friends at K&H Pet Products at our old location. You may remember it wasn’t very big, but it was big enough for a group of kitties to have a ball with some wonderful cat equipment!

Ginger, Nutmeg, Clove, Furby, Mouse, Gidget and Ziggy joined in the fun!

Even photographer Kyle and manager Kari got a chance for a little kitten snuggle time.

If you look online, you can still see Chloe, Zoey, Mouse, Ziggy, and in another shoot, Ethel, Fred, Ike, Mamie and Nutmeg having a blast on their equipment!

We got to wondering how our little models were doing, so we reached out to their family. Now called Cleo and Amun, they are just about to celebrate their 10th birthdays!

Their catmom Stacey says, “These girls have been the most amazing and delightful addition to my family. We love them so much!

Amun is still just as mischievous as she was as a kitten, she’s just so smart and will do anything for treats!

Cleo has gotten more vocal as she’s aged, but there is still nothing better than snuggle time in her book. She loves to be on laps and will herd us towards the couch when she thinks she’s overdue.

I remember how nervous I was bringing the girls home. I had never had cats before and was so afraid I’d do something wrong. But they are coming up on 10 years old at the end of the month and I truly can’t imagine my life without them, so I guess I did it right! ☺️”
