Dini & Blaine at home

by

Dini and Blaine were part of a group of 10 kittens being raised outside by their two moms. Sisters often help raise each other’s kittens in the wild, defending them from predators while they try to find food.

We got their feral moms fixed and then brought in the babies. Since it was such a big group, we sent them to two different foster families. One became the Holiday Kittens and this group became the Magicians, after one of their brothers decided to scare the daylights out of everyone by hiding in plain sight up on the hangers in a closet.

Dini is short for Houdini, of course, and Blaine is short for David Blaine. Both little girls were well prepared by their foster family for their next big adventure.

Their human siblings were very excited for their new babies! Their new catmom says, “We wanted to let you know how grateful we are for the new members of our family. They are fitting right in. We really appreciate everything you all do for kitties in our community! Merry Christmas!”

Merry Christmas to you all too!
